Hi, I'm Anjelica, the founder of Dragon Egg Doula. Becoming a doula wasn't something I expected, but the moment I found out I was pregnant, a passion was born within me. My personal experience fueled a deep desire to help other women advocate for themselves and create birthing experiences that aren't traumatic, especially for those who've overcome adversity. I firmly believe that every woman should have autonomy during this sacred time.
A Colorado native, I've been fortunate to live across the picturesque landscapes of this beautiful state, drawing inspiration from its diverse environments. Additionally, I've had the enriching experience of residing in the charming province of Ontario, Canada. Living in Ontario provided a unique cultural perspective These varied environments have shaped my approach as a doula, allowing me to appreciate and support the diverse experiences of mothers across different regions.
On a personal note, I've triumphed over adversity and trauma, which fuels my determination to support others facing similar challenges. My journey has instilled in me the resilience needed to guide women through the emotional and physical aspects of childbirth with strength and grace.
When not assisting mothers, you'll find me outdoors, reveling in the beauty of nature. Family is at the heart of my world, and spending quality time with loved ones is a cherished part of my life.
